Return Policy / Cancellation
Jane Doe shop understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
All orders are final, you are only eligible for store credit after placing a order.

1. Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit.
3. Bodysuits and Swimsuits are FINAL SALE.
4. Jane Doe does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount (shipping cost not included).
5. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of receiving the package with photo(s) proof along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item. Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome within 48 hrs.
6. All items are returned to Jane Doe at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
7. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Jane Doe. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
8. Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
9. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
10. Gift Cards are non-refundable and expires 1 year after purchase date.
