Shipping Information

Please be aware that all orders are processed in 4-14 business days (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

USPS Mail: $10.00 and up (5-7 business days)

Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $125. (Excluded on sale items)

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us. Due to the COVID-19 signature will not be needed.

Available shipping methods for international orders include: 

Canada - USPS First Class International: $20 and up (7-14 business days)

The Netherlands - Post NL Track & Trace: $7 (2-4 business days)

Europe - Post NL Track & Trace: $15 (2-5 business days)

UK- Post NL Track & Trace: $18 and up (2-6 business days)

Free Shipping (Post NL Track & Trace): for orders in Europe over $100.

*Please note that Jane Doe ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Jane Doe ships and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Jane Doe, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee). In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Jane Doe and the carrier do not have control over how long customs hold a package(s).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process:

1) Contact our Customer Care team via info@janedoeshop.com.

2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
